My Favorite Yoga Gear
Overall I consider myself a fairly healthy person. I try to balance what I eat, but refuse to give up eating dessert or enjoying a delicious meal out at a good restaurant. I work out 4-5 times during the week doing barre, lagree fitness, dance or spin classes. The one thing I feel like I don't do is slow down and stop my mind from going through everything I need to get done.
Next month I am committing to taking the time each day to forget everything else that I have going on and take 10 minutes to just be in the moment. I'm going to use those 10 minutes to take some deep breaths, roll out my yoga mat and do some sun salutations.
